Chrysler Atlantic Concept drawing (1995 Detroit Auto Show)

Looks like the famous and super ultra sexy Bugatti Type 57SC? Similar to the mad-sexy Talbot Lago T-150 CSS?

Well the Atlantic prototype by Chrysler Motor Corporation LLC was, the 90s interpretation of just that. It was intended to be a super-luxurious coupe with many
styling themes and cues from the classic cars of that particular era.

The Atlantic was designed by Bob Hubbach in 1993 and inspired by the Bugatti Atlantique. The idea for this
car began out as a sketch on a napkin by Chrysler's president Bob Lutz in early 1993 and also involved the
automaker's chief designer, Tom Gale.

What's also unique about this exotic ride is that some of the retro details include a straight-8-engine that was
actually constructed from two 4-cylinder Dodge Neon engines with an S configuration 4.0 L., which is rarely used
in modern cars. Other retro touches to the car's look include the interior that is replete with Art Deco-style
gauges. The Atlantic Concept has around 360 horsepower (268.5 kW) and uses Chrysler's Autostick transmission.
Riding on a 128-inch (3,251 mm) wheelbase, its front wheels measure 21 inches and 22 inches in the rear ? large
at that time.

The car is currently displayed at the Chrysler Motor Museum in Detroit, Michigan USA and often makes its appearance
at various car shows (ex. Concours 'd Elegance, Pebble Beach etc.) There has also been few diecast models of this
car too. The most famous one being Revell's 1/24 scale plastic model kit.

All done in pen and took 6 hours to do.
