So you have always loved the Ford Probe, and the funky and cute Puma Coupe, but wanted something that was a bit more luxurious?

Unfortunately, it never went into production, but Ford Motor Company's luxury subsidiary brand, Mercury (Apart from Lincoln)
did conceive something that would suit the Ford coupe lover's tastes.

It was the Concept 50 Coupe, in mystic clear blue paint scheme. A somewhat radical and fresh looking 2 door vehicle that was presented
at the Los Angeles and Detroit auto show in 1988. The Concept 50 Coupe was also another idea experiment by ultra hardcore car
guys from Ford that the big M was also able to produce sleek and compact coupes to rival the Japanese counteparts, noticeably,
the Honda Civic, Prelude, and the Nissan Sentra Coupe of that era. As this was a mock up only, no engine was put into the
Concept 50. But it certainly gave us an idea as to how the future Ford coupes looked.

All done in pen with markers and took 3 hours to do.
